 1. Refresh the Channel List

  • Sometimes the playlist is outdated. Reload or refresh your channel list in the app to update streams.

2. Check Your Internet Connection

  • A weak or unstable connection can cause streams not to load.

  • Test your internet speed and reconnect if needed.

3. Verify the Channel URL or Playlist

  • If you manually entered a URL or playlist, ensure it’s correct and active.

  • Mistyped URLs can cause 404 errors.

4. Restart the Apollo Group TV App

  • Close the app completely and reopen it to reset connections.

5. Clear App Cache and Data

  • Clearing cache can remove corrupted data causing the error.
